AxCIS
Contact Image Sensor (CIS)
High-speed and high-resolution line scan in a fully integrated, compact package
AxCIS™ is a compact, fully integrated line-scan imaging module that combines sensors, lenses, and lighting in one solution. It delivers up to 120 kHz mono or 60 kHz × 3 color line rates with 900 dpi resolution for precise, high-speed print defect detection. Its unique staggered design covers the entire field of view without missing pixels, ensuring a seamless image without interpolation. Ideal for space-constrained installations, AxCIS mounts easily without alignment or calibration, operates on a single 24 V supply, and includes HDR for reflective materials.
