These uncooled Type-II Superlattice detectors provide stable mid-IR performance without the need for cryogenic or thermoelectric cooling. With tunable cutoff wavelengths and inherently low Auger recombination rates, they offer reduced dark current and are ideal for compact, low-power applications such as gas sensing, environmental monitoring, and portable spectroscopy.
