The Forge® 1GigE IP67 series delivers a new series of affordable, easy-to-use, GigE Vision interface cameras specifically engineered for industrial imaging applications that need ingress protection (IP67), and robust data capture and transfers. Existing 1GigE system users in need of a performance upgrade will benefit from the Forge 1GigE camera‘s multiple resolutions (1.2 - 12 MP), as well as a smaller IP67 body size, and overall lower deployment costs.

Snappy Wide
Scanning 1D and 2D codes at high speeds in modern warehouses and logistics systems is a challenge that has resulted in the industry moving towards higher resolution imagers. This enables a single fixed camera to be deployed on a large conveyor belt system to scan packages across its entire width. The unique wide formats supported by Teledyne e2v’s Snappy Wide™ sensor ensure that unused and costly pixels (typically redundant from square or 4:3 formats), are avoided and allow lower cost optics, which significantly reduces the system cost. High-end electro-optical characteristics ensure the best performance and superb overall image quality. Snappy Wide can also support ultra-high-speed dual line scanning applications.

Ladybug6 is the leading high-resolution camera designed to capture 360-degree spherical images from moving platforms in all-weather conditions. Its industrial grade design and out-of-the-box factory calibration produces 73.6 Megapixel (MP) images with pixel values that are spatially accurate within +/- 2 mm at 10-meter distance. As the newest member of our field-proven Ladybug series, the Ladybug6 builds on our machine vision heritage with increased image resolution, enhanced on-board processing, and robust IP67-rated connectors. Support for additional Global Navigation Satellite Systems and advanced APIs, combined with hardware inputs, enable precise camera settings and trigger control. Customer applications include panoramic street image production, road surveying, asset inspection, feature extraction for HD map generation among several others.
